At TA Designs, we offer luxury interior design, interior architecture and project management for private individuals and property developers. Inspired by the unique context of each project, we enjoy creating thoughtful site-specific designs that enhance the urban or rural environment.

During the site visit, we gather key information about the building, the site, and the client.

We then collect blueprints, measured drawings, and photographic surveys of the existing site, and discuss any major architectural adjustments required for the new design.

In this step, we envision the flow and feel of the site by using layout plans, concept images, material boards.

Followed by establishing anticipated expenditures, and creating a project schedule.

We adjust the initial design of every space in response to the clients feedback on the concept design.

We then create detailed FF&E schedules and material boards, along with Technical joinery drawings and 3D renders.

Many of our clients have difficulty visualising how the new design of their spaces will look like.

Therefore, at TA Designs, we can create realistic 2D and 3D visualisations accompanied with virtual animations to help you envision it.

At TA Designs, we will help you choose the correct materials, furniture, fixtures and equipment.

We will assist you with placing your orders, tracking delivery, and organising returns.

We hold site meetings with architects, constructors and decorators to clarify further technical information between us.

Furthermore, we monitor the progress and quality of works, and ensure the installation of FF&E is carried out to perfection.
