SCOTSTOUNHILL RAIL STATION

Abellio Scotrail were my clients for this project that aims to explore innovative ways to reinvigorate and repurpose Scotstounhill commuter station building located in Scotland - UK

With the new innovative design solutions, we successfully brought Scotstounhill ageing station into the 21st century with innovative ideas that respond to the ever changing character of Scotsounhill society. We managed to transform it into an inspiring asset that adds value to staff, commuters, and the community around it.

A neutral and muted colour palette with black accents has been chosen for the new design in order to give it a contemporary modern look. The client has also required to incorporate Scotrail branding blue colour throughout the design, and include features that maximize natural lighting and daylight to help transform the station into a safe and relaxing space thats help relief stress and anxiety.
